		<description>Music to my ears.  Though, I would argue that marketers seem to listening to their customers ad-infinitum, but not effectively engaging their companies in what customers say, nor in implementing profitable innovation initiatives.
CEOs seem to be asking, &quot;Where&#039;s the beef?&quot;.  Answer: it&#039;s in thousands of research reports collecting dust on marketers&#039; bookshelves.
