		<description>Elaine -- Yes, I would recommend starting out with one. As for multiple personnel, I like how Dell and UPS handle it by having different but identifiable usernames: JohnatDell, RichardatDell, LionelatDell, MikeatUPS, ThomasatUPS, etc.
Ulstrup -- I agree, appropriate response is required too.  That&#039;s why I like to call these people &quot;first responders.&quot;  But monitoring is a good and necessary first step.
