MarketingVOX: To better facilitate global trade, UPS has enhanced several of its web-based technology tools, DM News writes (via MediaBuyerPlanner). UPS has updated “My UPS” on UPS.com to better serve small businesses, enhancing the number of services that can be accessed from a single page.
Beginning in July, users will be able to pay for international UPS shipments with a credit card. They will also decide – when processing an international shipment – who will pay shipping charges and who will pay duties and taxes.
UPS is also expanding the reach of Quantum View Manage – which provides inbound and outbound shipment information for both domestic and cross-border shipments – from 23 countries and 16 languages to 31 countries and 20 languages.
