		<description>Andrea
I agree with Nate + appreciate your pithy summary of his views. A friend who likes to shop (unlike me) once said to me when I was trying to decide whether to buy a somewhat pricey garment &quot;cost-per-wear.&quot;
That how much will I like it after i get it hoem and wear it alot AND how well-made is it to last a long time when I do.
At the other end of this trend during what will be a bad economy until at least the last quarter of &#039;09: people are simplifying their home and life by giving away or swapping things they no longer (if ever) really need - and doing it in a thoughtful way via sites like freecycle. Social media has made it so much easier to find the best and fewer product we want (per Nate) and to &quot;be green&quot; in passing along things we no longer want.I wrote about that at movingfrommetowe.
- Another fan of your ideas.

		<description>Andrea,
Hoping you remember me! Great post, BTW. Just browsed your site and blog and enjoyed it very much. By any chance, is learnedonwomen.com built on Expression Engine?? Would love to reconnect.

		<description>Brilliant post, Andrea, as usual.
I will say it would be more interesting if you would follow up on your posts with comments after others comment.

		<description>&quot;Given that mindset, will your brand be the one they choose?&quot;
Another way to put it would be to say:
&quot;Given that mindset, will YOU be the one brand they choose?&quot; A huge aspect of quality control in an interactive age will be: quality of PERSONAL SERVICE.
