MarketingVOX: Sony BMG is partnering with online social music network Last.fm to offer its catalog of recordings to Last.fm’s 20 million-strong radio streaming service, reports WebProNews.
The partnership will make Last.fm home to the largest music catalog on the Web.
Last.fm, which was recently purchased by CBS, did not participate in the recent day of silence conducted by Web broadcasters seeking to save Internet radio from climbing fees.
