<description>I enjoyed &quot;Road Tasted&quot;...I&#039;ve always admired and loved Paula&#039;s down-home Southern charm and delicious/easy-to-follow..recipes and her sons seem just as easy-going/personable, as she does! They all seem to share a real geniune and &quot;sweet&quot; family connection without coming across as fake or superior, too. ANY WORD ON A NEW SEASON OF THE SHOW? Thanks!!

<description>I love Paula Deen and her boys. She has been an inspiration to me since I first saw her on food network. There&#039;s actually a whole show about how Paula sacrificed and how her boys sacrificed to get where they are today. In a world of instant gratification it&#039;s wonderful to hear of such perseverance and dedication. I wish everyone could see that episode. What the boys are doing is great too. Helping small restaurants get exposure.
Good &#039;ol boys in the nicest and truest sense.
Great lessons for all!
Thanks!

		<description>Hi Lewis,
Interesting observation. The brothers Deen may change their minds and think in terms of opening additional restaurants in the future. Then again, they might not. One restaurant might just be enough, after all, since formats for new TV cooking shows, media appearances, cook book writing, are other growth options they might seek out as well. The way I see it: they have a lot of options when it comes to growing the brand they created.

		<description>Ted,
Thank you for the story. Although not a fan of the Food Channel, the Deens give us much to think about.
Passion and willingness to work hard rank one and two, I think, in terms of what we achieve.
However, I would like to return to this story in 5 to 10 years to see if the brothers continue to neither want or need to get bigger. It&#039;s hard to imagine the numbers working if their business doesn&#039;t grow.
