Return Path: Free Email Accreditation for Nonprofits

MarketingVOX: Email deliverability services firm Return Path has eliminated licensing fees for nonprofits that use its Sender Score Certified email-accreditation service, reports Directmag.com. IRS-certified nonprofits need pay only a one-time application fee to privacy consultant TRUSTe, but nothing to Return Path, according to George Bilbrey, general manager of Return Path’s Delivery Assurance unit.
Sender Score Certified helps ensure that organizations’ emails are delivered by certifying that they follow email best practices. Clients are certified after a privacy audit by TRUSTe, and their subsequent email behavior is monitored by Return Path.
