Q Creates Customer Loyalty and Info Site


MarketingVOX: To better stay in touch with loyal customers, Q motor oil has created a website that features information, entertainment and mobile features, according to Promo Magazine.
The site, QPower, not only contains car maintenance tips and downloads, such as mobile racing games, but also text-messages oil-change reminders to those who sign up. The mobile-friendly version of the site will have a heavy dose of NASCAR-related content, including text-message alerts of race results.
The company launched the site primarily to target 18-34 year-old males and trigger their engagment with the brand.
