MediaBuyerPlanner: Peak Broadcasting will acquire six Clear Channel radio stations in Boise, Idaho, writes Radio & Records. Peak will begin operating the stations in April, hoping to close on the transaction in the second quarter of this year.
Peak inked a deal for seven CBS Radio stations in Fresno, Calif., in November.
Clear Channel is in the process of selling off nearly 450 radio stations in 90 markets.
