MarketingVOX: Netflix and Amazon.com were best at pleasing shoppers – during this holiday season as well as the previous one – according to the “Top 40 Online Retail Satisfaction Index” by ForeSee Results, reports MarketWatch.
The online stores of some traditional brick-and-mortar retailers showed “impressive” gains in the Index. Shoppers at the 40 largest online-sellers’ sites, as measured by sales volume, were slightly more satisfied this holiday season than last, according to ForeSee.
Multichannel players like Sears.com, JCPenney.com, OldNavy.com, SonyStyle.com, Target.com and HPShopping.com posted score increases of 5 percent or more compared with the 2005, reports DM News.
