As long as they are transparent -- in other words, as long as the blogger discloses that he/she is getting the camera for nada, then why not? I'm not sure it's as "breakthrough" as some bloggers have claimed -- premiums and giveaways have long been part of the business of trying to get press for your products -- but it's a good move in Nikon's part. They could guide Nikon through the process and hand it off to them when their involvement with the program ends. I love my blog, but when client-work calls, I have to go with what puts money in the bank.
