MediaBuyerPlanner: A new title for women in their twenties will hit the newsstands in the fall of 2007 from Bauer, publisher of In Touch and Woman’s World.
The title, Cocktail Weekly, will cover relationships, fashion, beauty, and health, writes Mediaweek. Maria Lissandrello, formerly executive editor of Bauer’s First for Women, will edit the new publication.
Bauer plans to reach its goal of 500,000 circulation – mostly newsstand – by the end of its first year, and aims for an ultimate reach of 1 million.
According to Bauer president/CEO Hubert Boehle, there are 34 million readers between the ages of 18 and 34.
