		<description>Thanks Paul D! To emphasize the point drive by Paul B I think If you manage your leads in the same place you do your reporting, such as a Lead Response Management software it is easier to have that information on hand without actually wasting a lot of time on generating them.

I&#039;ll agree in B2B, new customers added, or increased wallet share is extremely important, but we should not forget the value of customer retention as a method of keeping those cash flows coming in.

		<description>Good points here. I&#039;ve taken a bit of a different approach based on my balanced scorecard background. Agree that sales is the only metric that counts, but look at correlating KPI&#039;s of &#039;social activity&#039; to drive those.
