Lime Launches Eco-friendly Ad Network


MarketingVOX: Environmental lifestyle site Lime has launched an ad network of similarly green-focused sites, reports MediaWeek.
Sites such as SavvyVegetarian, EcoGeek and others were chosen for how well they fit with the Lime philosophy. Brand extension has always been in the plans for Lime founder C.J. Kettler.
With an increasing audience segment becoming interested in living eco-friendly lives, advertiser interest in reaching that group is high. Spending by consumers on environmentally responsible goods and services is estimated at $230 billion.
