MediaBuyerPlanner: Two top editors at the Los Angeles Times have been named managing editors, to take the place of Doug Frantz, who resigned last month to become the Middle East and Africa bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal.
John Arthur, currently assisting managing editor overseeing the front page, will lead the news department, while John Montorio, currently an associate editor, will head the features department, writes Forbes.
