		<description>I&#039;ve been using YouTube to give free advice on marketing (in spanish)... but on a Community level.
When I tried to get to corporations to buy this advice, I realize it could be a great self-marketing tool but it&#039;s incomplete. They need lots of other information. So I don&#039;t recommend it to B2C as a stand-alone strategy.
But on the B2B level, things are different. One of my clients (a doctor, specialized on obessity surgery) used YouTube to explain pacients the procedure.
It was an excellent idea!!! People love it, and share it a lot.
