		<description>Well the fishing info was far too complicated for me to follow, as was the water displacement lesson -- I wasn&#039;t a very good science student to be honest.
But, what I did fully understand was how it relates to steering your business through the ever changing &#039;currents&#039;. Change is a tough thing to weather at times.  However, if you select the right strategies and keep a firm position, you are bound to reel in a keeper.

This concept goes far beyond change management into every aspect of major changes a company takes, ie heading into social media and more.  Without this level of understanding, any change/strategy you&#039;re about to implement could be doomed before you even start.  Groovy stuff.
