Forrester: Teens Like Texting

MarketingVOX: A new study has shown that 78 percent of young adults use the data services available through their cellphones, reports The New York Times.
The study comes from Forrester Research and shows that non-voice services on cell phones are being used in higher figures than originally speculated. 78 percent of cell subscribers age 18 to 26 use a non-voice data feature. These features are less popular with older users.
Cellphone carriers put these services on phones to add revenue streams as voice minute prices fall.
