		<description>Great ideas here, Mario. I&#039;ve attempted a few myself. Admittedly, I find it hard to avoid e-mails when they arrive. I guess it&#039;s part of my customer service objectives - to respond as quickly as possible.

		<description>I also like Ferris&#039; use of conditional statements in emails  so as to quickly anticipate potential responses, address intended actions, and cut out reply times.
I also like GTD&#039;s workflow diagram as a mental model; the &#039;2 minute rule&#039; is great.
Lastly, the use of 3 paper trays (inbox, in-process, to-file), and magazine organizers help to reduce clutter.
