Dunkin’ Taps Studiocom for CRM, Digital Marketing

MarketingVOX: Digital marketing agency Studiocom has been selected by Dunkin’ Brands to work both on online marketing efforts and customer-relationship-management strategies, according to TMCnet and a release by the parties.
The CRM work will involve Studiocom’s developing long-term strategies for the food and beverage chain, specifically revolving around customer-loyalty initiatives such as Dunkin’ Donuts stored-value card and the Birthday Club for Baskin-Robbins. Other improvements to the e-commerce initiatives for the brands are also part of the work.
Studiocom will also give makeovers to the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins websites. That’s one component of the larger online work the agency will be doing, which also includes search-engine marketing and optimization.
Online advertising planning and buying will also now be handled by Studiocom as Dunkin’ Brands seeks to boost its online presence.
