Deal or No Deal Most Popular Network TV Website during Premiere Week


MediaBuyerPlanner: NBC?s Deal or No Deal website was the most visited broadcast network television show website among a custom category of selected shows for the week ending September 29, 2007, according to Hitwise.
More than 120 television show websites from the six leading broadcast networks were included in the custom category. Deal or No Deal received 15.46 percent of all U.S. visits during the week in which many networks premiered their shows for the new television season.
The website for the ABC show Dancing with the Stars received the second largest percentage of U.S. visits, followed by NBC’s Heroes website, with 9.71 percent of visits, and ABC’s Grey?s Anatomy website, which received 3.51 percent of visits.
The FOX show, America’s Most Wanted, rounded out the top five visited shows, receiving 2.70 percent of visits for the week ending September 29, 2007.

NBC.com received the largest market share of U.S. visits, 36.70 percent, among a custom category of the six broadcast networks for the week ending September 29, 2007. ABC.com received the second most visits for the week with 30.41 percent, followed by CBS.com with 19.08 percent.
