MediaBuyerPlanner: Data Warehouse Corporation, a business that holds a database of prospective homebuyers, has sold its company to Tranzact, a provider of lead generation services in the insurance, telecom, and financial service markets.
Tranzact plans to expand its data service capabilities with the records of 72 million homeowners listed on the database, according to the company. The homeowner list is considered to be prospective sub-prime and conventional borrowers, with information complied from credit bureaus and other data sources.
Ben Waldshan, the founder of Data Warehouse, will be the new executive vp for Tranzact.
“It will allow Tranzact to provide an even more robust fully integrated set of data, digital and direct marketing solutions,” said David Graf, president and CEO of Tranzact, in a statement.
