Chinese Market Gets Ripe for Blackberry Picking

MarketingVOX: Research in Motion (RIM), a Canadian company, has just received affirmation from the Chinese government that they may sell Blackberries in China, reports the BBC. China is the world’s largest mobile phone market.
RIM will distribute the units alongside China Mobile, the largest mobile phone network in China.
The Blackberries will appear in Chinese shops this August. 5,000 advance orders have already been made.
Confirmation from Beijing comes after a vigorous eight-year battle for the rights.
