MediaBuyerPlanner: The television pilot starring the crabby Geico caveman has begun filming this week, shortly after being assigned two producers.
Third Rock from the Sun executive producers Bill Martin and Mike Schiff have inked a two-year deal with ABC TV Studios to serve as executive producers on the pilot, writes The Hollywood Reporter. Martin and Schiff will work with the pilot’s directors, Will Speck and Josh Gordon, who also directed the Geico commercials.
