MarketingVOX: Electronics retailer Best Buy will open a Second Life presence for its Geek Squad staff, reports the?Associated Press.
The technical support personnel will wear the trademark white short-sleeved shirts and black ties and will be located on Geek Squad Island.
Staffers will be on hand during off hours (6 p.m. to 3 a.m. EDT, seven days a week). Best Buy will also host regular events on the island.
The electronics retailer said many of its Geek Squad agents were already?a part of Second Life.
