		<description>So here&#039;s the problem. This election will be decided by the 8% of likely voters who.. are... undecided.
Those with the least intellectual investment will decide who leads the United States. Unbelievable.
I&#039;ve never been the kind to say that &quot;everyone should get out and vote.&quot; I think only those who care enough to understand the issues and educate themselves on the character of their prospective leaders should vote. The others can stay at home. If we could find a way to enforce a national test to separate the empty votes from the well-constructed ones, I&#039;d be in favor. I just can&#039;t figure out who would preside over it.
Much like problem solving, it&#039;s best left to those who care enough about the outcome to actually offer a meaningful contribution to the dialog.
