Ad Council to Use MRI Data for Public Service Announcements

MediaBuyerPlanner: Mediamark Research Inc. has offered to make its research databases available to the Ad Council for free in order to help the Council make decisions based on real consumer media habits, product usage and mind-sets.
MRI research data offers a picture of American adults, including demographics, attitudes and lifestyles and their usage of nearly 6,000 product and service brands across 550 categories. The information in their research database will allow the Ad Council to develop more targeted outreach to media companies on behalf of its public service campaigns, according to the company.
