The study says that adding multimedia content keeps apace with what consumers are demanding from websites as they research major purchases like cars.
The CarGurus study says visuals are incredibly important to online car shoppers, since it's pictures that people fall in love with. While other information is useful, a pretty image may be the deciding factor in wooing a customer into a costly purchase.
