MediaBuyerPlanner: NBC pulled its first weekly win of 2007 last week, and racked up its best week since the regular season ended in May. By doing so, it also managed to end Fox's six-month winning streak, writes Media Life. The week was a particularly sour one for Fox, which cancelled Anchorwoman after a single episode.
NBC had the week's top three shows among the 18-49 demo, including the season finale of America's Got Talent, a Sunday Night Football preseason game and The Singing Bee.
Fox's winning streak, which began in February, was the longest for any network in 11 years.
