MarketingVOX: Microsoft has gotten the all-clear from the FTC to proceed with its purchase of aQuantive, reports the Associated Press.

The approval from the federal agency implies no request for more information was filed prior to the expiration of a deadline. All that remains is for Microsoft to determine how to best integrate aQuantive into its larger structure.

The acquisition was first announced in May and is valued at $6 billion.
