MediaBuyerPlanner: A fireworks stunt planned for the parking lot of radio station WFLZ Tampa was doused before it could begin after a listener called 911.

Clear Channel management had also ordered the event - during which the crew of the MJ Morning Show planned to place dozens of fireworks into a hot oven - to be cancelled, according to UPI (via The Post Chronicle).

Tampa fire crews and police stopped the stunt, saying that if there is to be a public display of fireworks within the city limits, you must have a permit.
