MediaBuyerPlanner: InfoUSA has acquired ExpressCopy.com, a company that specializes in customized direct mail pieces, the company announced on Friday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Now, our customers can get sales leads, printing and mailing all under one roof," said Vin Gupta, chairman/CEO of infoUSA, in a statement.
