Twenty four percent of direct marketers said that DM executives are very hard to come by, while 53 percent said they are somewhat difficult to find, writes BtoB. Only 18 percent said they were having little or no difficulty finding qualified candidates.

In the same study, 67 percent said they would be hiring this quarter, 11 percent said they were in a hiring freeze and only 3 percent said they plan to reduce staff.
