DHL Expands Mexico Service

MediaBuyerPlanner: DHL has plans to increase its cargo capacity to Mexico by 40 percent and to speed delivery to more domestic destinations, writes DM News.

The international express and logistics company has invested $21 million in a domestic air network in Mexico, which will begin operations this week. The new network will allow six new daily domestic flights, bringing shipments to or from Mexico's largest cities, including Hermosillo, Ciudad Obregon, Mexico City, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Monterrey, Villahermosa, San Luis Potosi, Mazatlan, La Paz and Guadalajara.

The company can now reach 98 of the Mexico population within 24 hours.
