The New "Top Five" Newsletter

stumbleupon digg del.icio.us

Many moons ago, perhaps, some of you signed up to receive a weekly Top Five newsletter from us here at the MarketingProfs Daily Fix....

But blogging being what it is, life's been a little, well... insane, interrupting the planned delivery schedule and delaying your inbox gratification.

But the suspense is over. Today we launched the Top Five newsletter, which offers a weekly wrap-up of the Daily Fix Top Five post picks (say THAT five times fast!), selected based on traffic and the posted comments. Now launched, it will arrive each Thursday.

Again, peek at the HTML version of the newsletter here, and read this week's top authors.

If it strikes your fancy, sign up to receive it weekly; enter your email address in the box located in the upper right corner of the Daily Fix home page.

Enjoy! And please—let me know what you think below.

p.s. A huge thanks to the folks at MyEmma as well as my good friend and coding queen Eileen Hespeler, for her valuable assistance in the newsletter's production. Not only is Eileen lovely and talented, but she looks strikingly similar to Emma of the MyEmma logo, below. (Only, Eileen's taller.)

Anyway, if you are looking for web production assistance, give Eileen a shout.

Congratulations!!

So much new activity on the daily fix with all of the changes and new features—and now the newsletter!

Someone has been busy.

Seems like Ms. Community's pet project continues to grow by leaps and bounds!

BTW Technorati, you might want to wake up (33 links?!? DF gets that in one DAY!) and smell what Ann's cookin'!

Thanks, Mack and David. You know, sleep is overrated anyway.

Side issue: I've never used MyEmma to send an email blast before. It's wonderfully detailed under the hood, as it shows you precisely what's going on with open rates, click-through numbers and to which link, and number of forwards, and unsubscribes... The flip side, of course, is that my ego feels like it is hanging in the balance. I can't take the play-by-play....(LOL!)

Sleep IS overrated, along with talent.

Say Ann, what's the best email to use to reach you? I've sent two emails with no response so I wonder if you got them...wanted to be sure you got the response to the Q you posted on my blog, and had a Q for you, too.
