MediaBuyerPlanner: In response to Opie and Anthony's return to radio, Howard Stern has claimed he has a "major deal" in the works to return to terrestrial radio, Radio Ink reports. Stern told his Sirius listeners, "The joke could be on them [O&A] if I get good and worked up [because] I got offered a major deal to go back to terrestrial and stay on satellite at the same time."

The offer is believed to have come from Citadel Broadcasting, currently is in the process of acquiring ABC Radio.
