Online Retail Up 21 Percent for Week

(MarketingVOX) Online retail sales for the week ended March 5 reached $1.88 billion, up 21 percent from $1.55 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, writes Internet Retailer, citing comScore figures. Online travel sales totaled $1.45 billion, or 18 percent more than $1.23 billion a year earlier. Total online sales were up 19 percent, to $3.33 billion, from $2.79 billion a year ago.
